Putting the love and power of Jesus on display at the Melting Pot restaurant...

Putting the love and power of Jesus on display at the Melting Pot restaurant. Tonight we enjoyed a family night out in brick town. We took the kids to the Red Pin for bowling then to eat at the Melting Pot for dinner. The waitress mentioned to us that she had been experiencing back pain. I asked her if we could pray for her, and she said yes. She told me her pain was about a 3 or 4 pain level on a scale from 1 to 10 when she would touch or move her back. I simply took her hand, spoke to the pain, and told her she would feel like a tingling warm feeling come upon her back. Then I asked her to check her back out. She moved it around and said, "It's definitely better. It's probably like 1 now."
I asked her if I could pray one more time. She said yes, and I asked her if she felt the tingling warm feeling when I prayed. She said, "Yes, but I wasn't sure if it was because I was freaked out by the pain leaving." Then I prayed spoke the remaining pain to go then asked for the Holy Spirit to give her a tangible sign of his presence. I asked her to test it out again. As she stretched and arched her back, she looked shocked and amazed. I could see the presence of the Holy Spirit come upon her. Then tears filled her eyes, and she said, "This is freaking me out!" I said, "Jesus is real. He is just showing you how much he loves you and that he is near you."
She was so surprised as she was smiling and wiping the tears from her eyes, saying, "Thank you! You don't even know how much I needed this." Again, I told her Jesus really loves her, and I thanked her for doing a great job serving us. Remember the kingdom of God is always at hand. Our job is to simply put Jesus on display.
