Jeanine and I stopped at a Loves on our way to Illinois. As we were checking out at the register, I asked the attendant if she had sciatic nerve pain. She said yes, but she wasn't having a problem with it at the time. "So you're not having pain in your back or leg right now?" I asked.
"No. It's my foot that really hurts me," she replied.
"What would you rate your pain on a scale from one to ten?"
"About a six," she said, unsure of why I was asking.
"Let me see your hand," I said. "Watch this. Jesus, I speak healing right now into Alma's foot. Pain leave in Jesus' name. How is your pain now?"
"It's less. Like a two. They think it's from gout."
"Well if it can go from a six to a two, I believe Jesus can take it to a zero. Let me pray again." I took her hand again and prayed again, commanding the pain to go and the inflammation from gout to leave.
Alma seemed a little freaked out and didn't really know what to think or say. I asked her again how she was feeling. "It feels good."
"Good like it's all the way gone?"
"Yeah," she replied with certainty in her voice. We thanked her and returned to our car as she turned back to her work.
Remember the kingdom of God is at hand no matter what or where as you go about your life.
